CHALLENGES

Squirrelli’s growth increased the volume of information moving through the business. Without one unified structure, maintaining visibility required more manual oversight and limited the agency’s capacity to manage further growth.

OUR APPROACH

Architecting Squirrelli’s Business Logic Into a Centralized CRM.

Squirrelli’s operating data had expanded across 27 files and seven workbooks. The structure included 64 spreadsheet tabs with 14,862 rows but lacked one centralized operating model.

We audited the full system and mapped the business logic behind it. That analysis became an eight-board CRM connecting the sales pipeline with internal operations while establishing dedicated KPI and financial tracking.
